LizBeth has begun her career in the Aviation Industry and has travelled extensively. This was where and when she was exposed and started to see the real needs of people. It’s so much more than just material and physical needs.
Today, LizBeth is passionately working to empower women and children, connecting with different groups and organizations locally and around the globe. She’s happily married with 5 children.
She holds a BA in Business Management and Administration, having completed post graduate programs in Counselling, as well as Training and Development. She founded Monarch Learning Institute and is co-founder of Global Connection, LLC. She has led in various Women and entrepreneurial organizations and communities in addition to being connected to different civic and public services. She enjoys doing mission trips and serving people who are in need encouraging them that HOPE and PEACE are still possible. Seeing lives being transformed and people living a purpose filled life is her advocacy.
LizBeth, is passionate and determined to make every effort of bringing positive and lasting changes in people’s lives, regardless of how grim situations are. (This is only possible through God’s power and grace).
Maricor Obias

Your giving and service, reflects what and who really matters in your heart.
Maricor has studied BS Industrial Engineering. However, since she was a child, she has had an evident passion for teaching, and a natural inclination to music. She accredits her love for music to her family who are all musicians.
For her, teaching is therapeutic and almost medicinal, especially when she sees that through her giving, people’s lives are thriving amidst the many challenges and hard seasons of life.
She lived and grew up in Bicol, Philippines. She travelled to different places and has been running an events company for many years.
Her works has allowed her to learn humility, patience, and perseverance.
She started a Foundation back home to support elderly people, youth, and kids.
She organizes concerts and short-term courses, aims to refresh people and remind them of their value and significance.
Her greatest passion is to help rebuild strong families and marriages by understanding the covenant of marriage and Gods original intent for families.
To redirect their focus on something that is really of value rather than superficial temporary things.
As CS Lewis’s quote, "Everything that is not eternal is worthless in eternity."
Fauza Beltz

Fauza Beltz is a wife and a mom first, Kenyan by birth and Dutch by love. Fauza lives in Dubai with her husband Dolf and son Jasper. She is a mentor and an author of three motivational books.
Fauza is passionate about supporting communities and is devoted to helping the youth make a lasting change to live their best lives. Her creative streak and passion for all things artsy led to the founding of Fauza Consultancy Ltd,. Fauza Consultancy has grown to offer interior design guidance, mentoring, and publishing. She is a qualified interior designer from the Center Of Executive Education Dubai.
In 2019, she founded Fauza Foundation registered in Kenya, aiming to empower young men and women through inspirational school talks, mentoring programs and providing female hygiene products and scholarships. She is also the host of Fauza Diaries; a digital talk show that offers authentic and insightful takes on unconventional conversations.
She is passionate about helping and supporting women because of the adversities she has encountered throughout her life. Turning wounds or tragedies into wisdom and teachable moments can be a very powerful tool.
